The Queen of Disks:

The Queen of Disks rules from the 20th degree of Sagittarius to the 20th Degree of Capricorn. She is sitting on a bed of giant leafs and watches the desert in the distance spring to bloom. The Queen of Disks is the Watery part of Earth. In her right hand she bears a sceptre surmounted by a cube, within which is a three-dimensional Hexagram, and in her left arm is curved her proper disk, a sphere of loops and circles interlaced. She is a symbol of fertility and her task is to raise materials up into a higher plan of creation.

In front of her stands a goat, the symbol of Capricorn. The characteristics of this Queen are patience, purity, this is a person having all the finer mental capacities, and she has the patience to bring everything to bloom. These persons have ambitions but they will never want more than they truly need. They are in essence simple and kind people that have lots of affection and greatness of heart. They are not pretentious and not particularly intellectual: they rely on instinct and intuition mostly since those provide all they need.

Generally you will find that persons rules by this card are quiet and hard-working people. They love to immerse in their work. They have a good libido which works directly and without complications. However, for some reason they lean towards debauchery and they have a strong tendency to get involved with alcohol and drugs. This is because they essentially understand that true happiness lies without the mind and its hard for them to reach that point without help. Their dependency on external factors is their greatest weakness: they are not particularly individualistic and somehow always feel that they must have external help to reach to the essence of themselves.
