Am reading Pound’s Poems and translations (God I love ‘The Library of America’ editions, good binding, bible paper). sort of embarrassing but; I ordered the book thinking it included the Cantos. somewhat of a disappointment then to find out they were published separately. but. interesting to see Pound’s early work. His little book (sure they didn’t call them chapbooks back then) for H.D. ‘Hilda’s book’. When I say ‘interesting’, maybe I mean: sort of weird to read love sonnets by Pound..
